I’m Amber, a lifestyle, portrait, and event photographer
I pick up my camera to find the beauty in the simplest moments
Photography is not just the image displayed in a photograph, but more so, it is about slowing down and capturing those moments we all take for granted. Photography has always been a passion of mine, and this passion, along with inspiration allows me to capture real moments, real feelings, and raw emotion with everyone I photograph.
I am a natural light photojournalist, and I love photographing in a relaxed and candid atmosphere.
The reason I breathe, my family, & any successes have nothing to do with me, but rather are a reflection of God's will for my life. All of my achievements and success belong not to me, but to my Lord Jesus Christ. I know without a doubt that without His wisdom and guidance, my business would not be possible. God has blessed me with this talent that allows me to glorify Him!
I am a homeschool mom to 7 beautiful children. Elijah, Jacob, Micah, Gabriel, Jonah, & Abram & Sweet Ellie. They have been an inspiration to who I am and how my work is portrayed. Their happy, giggling delights of childhood, the serious determination of discovery & wonderment are the things I want to remember forever. My hopes are to capture these fleeting moments that are often overlooked, of innocence, of all ages, that take your breath away.
I have always found joy in the simpler things in life - gardening, bread making, reading a good book and raising my children on our small homestead. I find that the simple things often bring the most happiness. I have learned that it's not the material possessions that bring lasting joy, but rather the small moments that we often take for granted. I believe that by slowing down and appreciating the simple things, we can lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life, but taking a moment to pause and appreciate the beauty around us can be incredibly rewarding.
We love to travel. All over Arizona, road trips to national monuments and to the beaches in Mexico.
We love exploring new places, trying new foods, and experiencing different cultures, plus its educational for us all (little homeschool plug.) We have created many unforgettable memories together. One of our favorite things to do while traveling is to visit historical sites. We love learning about the local history and culture, and it's always fascinating to see how people lived in the past. We secretly dream of buying an RV and traveling all over the United States for a year. Maybe one day.
